I am unable to add any suggestions. Military Fasteners is an on time provider. I have never understood why the orders from you company are shipped and arrive in time given to me. Other companies say same day ship or the following day and it takes much much longer for the product to arrive. All I say, Good Job
Ive been buying aircraft parts and supplies from Military Fasteners for 3 years as Ive built four different homebuilt aircraft. I have ALWAYS been perfectly satisfied with all facets of the process. Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me. Prices are fair. I wish I could run my company as well as you run yours!
Another good experience with Military Fasteners, and our Sales Rep, Dan Hunter. We needed hardware for an older aircraft model, and Dan's expertise was exceptional. He quickly identified fasteners, even for parts with unclear descriptions, and provided invaluable technical assistance. The supporting data was spot-on, verified by our technicians. Despite finding slightly lower prices elsewhere, the unmatched service and expertise from Military Fasteners, particularly Dan, make them our preferred choice. Our order was delivered ahead of schedule. Highly recommend MilFast for top-notch service and technical support!
I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! Thank you Larry
